JOHN ABRAHAM INTRODUCES GRAFFITI RANGE OF SKYBAGS

Mumbai, March 30, 2012: In what could be termed as the first of its kind range of bags in India, Skybags launches the super stylish Graffiti Range. The unveiling of this stylish and spunky collection, was done by Bollywood’s heartthrob John Abraham, who is also the Brand Ambassador of Skybags.

The Brand Campaign of the ‘Graffiti Range’ will include a TVC & Print Ads with John Abraham. The TVC will show John at his naughtiest best, in awkward situations where his charm and his super stylish Skybags Graffiti Range come to his rescue.

Graffiti is an art form used mostly in the West and is considered a way of self expression. It is an extremely bold way to express oneself with the use of loud colours and drawings or writings on walls or in any public place. Graffiti was initially used to cover the rough edges of the city and has gradually been recognized as an art form. This form of expression has slowly found its place in India because of the evolving cosmopolitan culture.

Commenting on the new launch, Mr. Manish Vyas, Vice President-Marketing, VIP Industries Ltd said, “Skybags is the new generation stylish travel gear brand. The new Graffiti range and John Abraham perfectly reflect the brand values of style as well as sturdiness, which appeals to today’s young work force. John is very convincing in the TVC and Ad will definitely appeal to the target audience”.

On his association with Skybags, John Abraham says, “Skybags is redefining the luggage travel segment with its stylish collections, which is one of the main reasons of my association with them. The Graffiti Range, with its uber cool looks and chic designs, suffices all the functional needs of a travel bag as well. For me, it is important that my bag stands out from the clutter especially when I am at the airport waiting for my bag to arrive on the conveyor belt. Thus the Graffiti Collection, with its bold colors and unique designs is definitely going to be my latest travel partner”.
