Total Recall, TIMES NOW’s weekend series that engages its audience with heart-warming and nostalgic insights into Indian cinema, has set the stage to go down memory lane once again. In the upcoming episode airing this weekend, Total Recall will showcase some of the enchanting work done by the greatest cinematographers that overwhelmed viewers across the evolving phases of Hindi cinema.

Total Recall reminisces the expansive camera work of Faredoon Irani to VK Murthy’s play of light and shadow; R D Mathur’s perfection and grandeur to Fali Mistry’s romance with color. This 2-part special will give the viewers a peek through the lens of nine outstanding cameramen, who shaped the landscape of Indian cinema with perseverance and uncompromising handiwork.

Critically acclaimed filmmakers like Shyam Benegal and Mrinal Sen along with some of today’s leading cinematographers, like Kiran Deohans and Anil Mehta will be seen paying a tribute to these legends.
